As the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a strategic role in the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns for clients. Day-to-day workflow will involve the design and execution of organic and paid search campaigns, media buying, email marketing, and mobile campaigns.

While the candidate is not expected to be an expert in the various digital marketing tools that we use on a daily basis, you are expected to learn and master them, e.g., Eloqua, Radian6, Google Analytics, etc. As new software tools are adopted by the company, the Digital Marketing Strategist is expected to learn and understand their capabilities. This includes social networking tools like Twitter, Foursquare, and testing tools like Web Site Optimizer.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will also be tasked with assisting the Directors during the sales process.  This will include research, development of PowerPoint decks, and providing creative direction.

Note: While the digital marketing strategist will be working across multiple channels, an emphasis will be placed on search marketing including paid and organic search.  Candidate is expected to develop competencies in these areas over time through Google Analytics and AdWords certifications.

Requirements
Skill & Qualifications:

1.    Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or Communications 
2.    Minimum of 3-5 years of applicable marketing and campaign related experience, agency-side strongly preferred.
3.    Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills are required.  Send samples that illustrate skill level.
4.    Knowledge of various digital marketing technologies.
5.    Understanding of search engines, optimization techniques, and tools.
6.    Ability to work in a rapidly growing, fast paced and dynamic company.
